All custom orders include a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Your written email confirmation of the proof authorizes us to proceed. Orders enter production within one business day of confirmation and cannot be modified after that point.
Because each panel is produced to your unique specifications, all sales are final. We stand behind our print quality— if we make a production error, we will reprint your order at no charge.
UV printing uses ultraviolet-cured ink applied directly to the leather surface, producing full-color, photo-quality designs with fade resistance and flexibility. Unlike heat transfer or dye sublimation, UV printing preserves leather texture and does not require heat, making it compatible with genuine leather.
Drode Atelier's panels are used for sneaker and shoe customization, boot panels, handbag accents, leather coasters, custom shoe tags, maker's marks and artisan labels, patches, and other leather goods projects. If you have a use case not listed, contact us— the applications are nearly unlimited on any flat leather surface.
No. You can order a single panel starting at $25 setup fee plus $45 per square foot.
Yes. Drode Atelier ships custom UV printed leather panels across the United States. Shipping and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout and are not included in the panel price.
Submit your design and panel specifications using the form on this page. We will review your design for print compatibility and send you a digital proof within 1-2 business days. Once you approve the proof via email, you will receive a secure payment link to complete your order. Production begins within one business day of payment confirmation and your panels ship within 3 business days of the start of production. Shipping and applicable sales tax are calculated at checkout and are not included in panel pricing.
Vector files (AI, SVG, PDF) are preferred for sharp results. High-resolution raster files (300 DPI minimum) are also accepted. A $25 design setup fee applies per new design.
Yes, with an important caveat. Some leather has coatings that prevent UV ink adhesion. Contact us before submitting your design and we will evaluate your leather for printing compatibility at no charge.
We can print original designs, personal artwork, photographs you own, custom insignia, and maker's marks. We cannot print trademarked brand logos, licensed characters, or copyrighted artwork without documented authorization from the rights holder. By submitting your design, you confirm you hold the rights to reproduce it. Drode Atelier reserves the right to decline any order containing protected intellectual property.
All sales are final. Because every panel is custom-produced to your unique specifications, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for customer-approved designs. If we make a production error, we will reprint your order at no charge. This is why we require written proof approval before any order enters production.
